2007

Hands down the greatest name in the organization, but not in the game, Kaaihue (pronounced kai-uh-HOO-ay), has a brother in the Royals system named Micah Kilakila Kaaihue. Kala showed real power at two levels, though he did most of his damage at Low-A Rome. Kaaihue drew a bunch of walks after his promotion, and his Isolated Power was a healthy .250, but his batting average cratered. A larger sample size should fix that, but he will need to work on making more contact to achieve more consistent results.
