Hit 55 Simple setup at the plate; quiet load that gets tons of separation before exploding to the baseball w/quick hands & plus bat speed. Impressive raw bat-to-ball skills & displays pitch recognition ability, but the approach will need some refinement (poor swing decisions & approach within the zone.) He's made some improvements over the course of the season & I love how he swings w/intent in positive counts, but he'll need to continue to rein in on the pitch selection. There's some variance, but I'm betting on his ability to make the necessary adjustments.
Power 60 Despite his small-ish build, Matos develops a ton of torque that leads to plus raw power. Combined w/his raw bat-to-ball skills & a slightly refined approach, this should result in 25+ HR power.
Baserunning/Speed 55 Solid-to above-average run times down the line. Efficient base stealer & speed plays in CF.
Glove 50 Raw ability (speed, arm) to stick in CF long-term, but will need to continue to hone in on his jumps/reads in order to become more than a solid-average defender.
Arm 50 Average strength plays in CF, but might push him to LF if he can't stick.
Overall

Exciting young player w/electric raw tools & impact upside. There's some hit tool-related variance that extends the range of potential outcomes, but his secondary tools should enable him to profile as an above-average regular even if the approach never fully materializes.
