After a one week hiatus, we return with some much to talk about that we decided to go guest free. Plenty of Futures Game talk, Jason's adventures in Arizona, and of course, ribs and sandals. As always, we hope you enjoy.

Note: We do alert you to the presence of the occasional adult language and subject matter. Don't say we didn't warn you.

Kevin, I have not found a Leinenkugel beer that I enjoy here in Houston, though their varieties are readily available.

I will say that my wife has never met a Leinenkugel that she doesn't like, and her favorite is the BerryWeiss.

I won't draw conclusions on your beer tastes based on those facts, but you might want to rethink your life.

I've never claimed to be a beer expert nor a snob, I just like what I like. Also, Guinness is HORRIBLE.

At least we can agree on that.

Beer should be yeast, water, hops, and malted wheat or barley. Period.

how does Berry Weiss compare to Blue Moon's summer honey wheat edition?

Cooking ribs.

Simple. Very simple. Rub some spice on the ribs. (Optional at this point: grill for five to minutes on a side.) Turn oven to 250 degree. Wrap the ribs tightly with aluminum foil, poke some holes on the bottom for the fat to drain. Place on that two-piece metal broiler pan that comes with every oven but no one seems to use (to catch the dripping grease). Cook for at least three hours.
