Not much going on in the world of baseball as teams gear up for spring training, so we read plenty of our listeners fantastic emails, and some not so fantastic, as clearly, some of you still have hangups about sandals and men that wear earrings. Then we do some prospect talk and follow that up with our special guest Dirk Hayhurst, one of the most refreshingly honest players you will ever hear from, and we highly recommend his new book, Out Of My League. Then it's the goofy stuff, including a talk about Real Genius and how it's fair game to write about on a baseball site. As always, we hope you enjoy.

Note: We do alert you to the presence of the occasional adult language and subject matter. Don't say we didn't warn you.

Excellent episode. Dirk seems like a highly self-aware and articulate fellow with a sense of humor. And the Bye Bye Blackbirds are quite catchy, reminiscent of Jon Brion. Good job, gentlemen.
