Manager Joe Girardi claimed that Derek Jeter “will be back when he’s back.” Girardi went on to say that the back of Jeter’s back isn’t back, it’s his ankle that’s back, or not back because it’s black and blue though mostly black, with the black being on the back. Girardi was then asked his favorite rock album to which he replied “Back in Black.”
