Hit	45	Balanced, wide stance with a quick, smooth left handed swing. Overly aggressive approach at the plate, currently lacks pitch recognition and will get off balanced on secondaries especially against left handed pitching, can be tied up by inner third velocity.
Power	50	Sneaky power generated by above average bat speed and natural loft to the swing, primarily to the pull side.
Baserunning/Speed	60	Very good raw speed, quick to accelerate, opportunistic base stealer; good instincts as a base runner, aggressive enough to put pressure on a defense but will not run into outs. 4.03 average home to first on multiple clocks.
Glove	60	Plus speed to cover ground, gets a good first step and tracks balls well off the bat and takes efficient routes.
Arm	45	Fringe average arm strength, throws are accurate but lack carry.

Roederer projects as a platoon-type starting center fielder that mashes against right handed pitching. There is still significant risk in the hit tool as he still needs to prove that he can hit advanced pitching but the speed, defense, and pop will carry to at least a reserve role.
