CB 60 73-75 75 Tight spin; plus depth; 12-to-6 on best CB; 11-to-5 on 73 mph CB, lacked tight spin; tended to cast lesser velo CB; command concerns; drops grade a tick due to current inconsistencies.
Overall

Leclerc flashed a two-pitch arsenal with two plus offerings. He also threw what looked like a CH, which came in 87 mph and displayed fringe fade and looked very firm. Leclerc could move fast through the system once he tightens up his command, considering his pitches and frame are just about maxed. If he cannot tighten the command, he could still prove to be a useful middle reliever, although inconsistent.
