Please note that in the “DH” column, the player listed is the player that has been added or removed from the lineup, not necessarily the player in the DH slot. For example, if the Phillies move Domonic Brown to DH and put Tony Gwynn Jr. in the OF, then I will list Gwynn Jr. in the “DH” column because he is the player who is gaining at-bats.

Brayan Pena and Skip Schumaker each got an extra start due to the DH. Instead of a regular day off, Devin Mesoraco got a semi rest at DH.
Adam Duvall started at DH against the righty. Against the lefties, Pablo Sandoval moved to DH and Joaquin Arias started at third base.

With Mike Olt now starting at first base in place of the injured Anthony Rizzo, my guess is that the player replaced by Olt, Chris Valaika, will get at least one extra start due to the DH. I could also see Ryan Kalish getting a start against one of the righties.
Ryan Doumit and Emilio Bonifacio will most likely pick up extra starts due to interleague plsy. My guess is that Doumit starts against the lefty and Bonifacio starts against the righties.

Ortiz/Napoli/Craig |
No DH means only one spot for David Ortiz, Mike Napoli, and Allen Craig. With Boston already looking towards 2015, my guess is that they each get one start at first base, but I would not be surprised if we did not see Ortiz start at all.

I think that the Phillies use the DH to start both Maikel Franco and Cody Asche against one righty and that Darin Ruf will start at first base with Ryan Howard moving to DH against the other righty. I also think that Howard will get a start at DH against the lefty.
