The fifth top prospects compilation update is now available. There are SEVERAL new entries.

I have linked to the new file below. The Excel workbook contains tabs at the bottom representing each of the league’s divisions as well as a tab for top 100 lists and positional analysis. My goal is to update the file at least once a week through April.

As usual, if you find any errors or omissions, would like to recommend a ranking source, or have any other comments or suggestions, please email me at jhamrahi@baseballprospectus.com. Previous years' spreadsheets are available upon request.

Thanks!

I'm sure this is just a typo, but Sickels' Giants list has Culberson as the No. 2 guy with a grade lower than the guys below him.

This stuff is pretty fun. One thought: Would it be worthwhile to post the date on which each list is posted? Some of the lists (especially the MiLB lists) look markedly different than the others.

I'd like to see a composite ranking by name of player .... the player, and then their rank from each service (if applicable)

Player X: 5,7,12
Player Y: 3,9,1

Jed...thanks, I'll fix that typo.
Drew...not sure I have the time to go back and date everything, but it's a good idea for next year.
diana...that's an interesting idea...I'll see if I can do that once all the major publications have issued their rankings.

Thanks everyone
