Molina did reportedly pass another round of concussion tests and the headaches are gone but he still has the shoulder and back pain. This is probably the real reason why Bryan Anderson was called up.
It may not have a real impact on averages, but I was just curious if saying "sprained thumb is 50 days" is really accurate if some of those thumbs could have been activated a few days earlier than they were, but for the expansion date, and really the actual average is more like 48.
It would be great to revise it but the difficulty is determining when the player was really ready. If we say the start of rehab assignments that's clearly not accurate, especially since we have seen several players aggravate their injuries.
