How can Eric Chavez be on this list? He got hurt once while not running into a wall. That's immediate expulsion from any grit-list.

Then why didn't Chtis Young pass muster after he came back too soon after running into OF wall ? Is it because he used up sick leave time instead of taking a vacation day while he was on the DL ?
