I like these - and bonus points for "Brandon Plowe" actually rhyming with the somewhat odd way that he pronounces "Lowe" - but honestly the part that made lol was the subheader in the email - "What do you want from us, it's a lockout." :)

Other Minnesota Departments have already been naming landmarks for baseball players. In Minneapolis, they just dedicated Miguel Sano Park. It's got three swings and a bench.
